The Space
West Coast Unwind is a modern, stylish, and comfortable two storey beach holiday home which overlooks the natural bush to beautiful Binningup Beach. So if you are looking for your next seaside holiday, this is the house for you.
West Coast Unwind is specifically purposed for family bookings only, sorry no group bookings.
Located on a quiet street only a stone’s throw from the ocean this property comprises of 4x bedrooms, 2x bathrooms which can more than comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests making it ideal for extended or large family gatherings.
The bedroom configuration is –
Master Bedroom – King bed and ensuite with spa
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – Double bed and single bunk bed
Bedroom 4 – Double bed and single bunk bed
The main living area of the house is all very open and spacious with a fully self-contained kitchen with everything you may require for your stay, dining area, sitting area and a lovely wood fire for the cooler months.
To the front of the house is a cosy lounge area for you to curl up with Netflix and for the kids there is a play room with some toys and games supplied. Also for the little ones there is a porta cot, high chair and retractable safety gates on the stairs.
When you venture to the upstairs loft you will find another two gorgeous sitting areas whether you need to retreat for a quiet coffee in the morning and watch the water awaken or curl up on the couch with a good book. Up here you will also find the front veranda where you will want to be with a glass of wine to watch the sun go do down on a beautiful day.
To the back of the house is a very large undercover patio with uninterrupted views of the backyard pool where you can comfortably watch the kids swim and fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco. The backyard is not fully fenced but has a large grassed area with plenty of space for the kids to play.
Parking is at the front of the house on the driveway where you can easily fit four vehicles or if you wish to bring your boat, there is ample space. The garage is however locked for the owner’s personal use.
Binningup beach is a popular holiday destination with the lively natural reef that runs parallel to the main beach, providing a protected area for swimming, snorkeling, diving or beach fishing. The reef also provides safe access to its natural boat ramp for launching off on your next fishing adventure.
There is also 4WD access to the south of the main beach or north of Westcoast Drive, a popular beach for surfing in the winter months.
Binningup’s General Store sells all the necessities such as groceries, fuel, alcohol, ice, fishing gear and bait, free use of an air compressor for inflating tyres, DVD’s, magazines and takeaway food.
If you prefer a meal out the Country Club is open Friday nights for meals which is located off Lakes Parade.
Located at the main beach foreshore with the pirate ship playground for the kids, an ideal place to share fish and chips, watch the sunset.
The Binningup Café, located at the caravan park offer a great selection of barista style coffee, all day breakfasts, lunch and evening takeaway Saturday and Sunday evenings.
PLEASE NOTE: This property is strictly NOT a party house and guests will be asked to vacate if found to not be abiding by all house rules.
NO bookings will be accepted for guests 25 years of age or younger.
