This gorgeous little beach cottage is only a stones throw from our beautiful Binningup beach and you will love its coastal charm.
The house has a very spacious yet cosy open plan living area at the front which provides very comfortable dining and lounging complete with tile fire and reverse cycle air conditioning. The kitchen has recently been renovated and is fully self contained for your stay.
The three bedrooms are located towards the rear of the home, two bedrooms both with queen beds and lovely views of the backyard and the third with two single beds.
There is only the one bathroom which has a large vanity, fully screened shower and plenty of towel rails. The laundry with washing machine and toilet are adjacent to the bathroom.
Out the back is a lovely patio area. the best spot to enjoy the winter sun or light up the BBQ on a balmy summers night. There is plenty of grassed space for the kids or pets to play, the back yard is not fully fenced though and dogs can get over to neighbours yards.
The property does also have a seperate granny flat building and garage which are not accessible to guests and will be kept locked.

The reef also provides safe access to its natural boat ramp for launching off on your next fishing adventure. Sunsets Binningup is located just to the north side of Binningup and is only a very short walk down the one of the many beach access tracks along our beautiful beach line or the main swimming beach area and pirate ship playground.
Sunsets Binningup is a 3x bedroom, 1x bathroom beach house that more than comfortably accommodates 6 guests making it ideal for your next family beach holiday.
On entering the house you find youself in the open plan living area of the home. The kitchen is fully self-contained with all the necessities you may require, dining for 6 and a very comfortable and cosy lounge room with TV and DVD player. Down the hallway is the 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom and the second bedroom both with a double bed and bedroom 3 with two single beds. Sunsets Binningup has 1 bathroom with combined shower/bath and a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine for longer stay guests.
On our balmy summer nights head out back for some outdoor dining with BBQ/Webber Q to cook up a feast and dine alfresco and soak up the serenity.
The backyard has a fully fenced area for smaller dogs but not very high for bigger dogs.
There is undercover parking for one vehicle in the carport which is shared with the owners onsite caravan which is NOT for guests use with more parking on the driveway or front verge.

The space
Weaver House Binningup is a homely two storey beach holiday house making it the ideal location for a relaxing family getaway.
The house is a 4x bedroom, 2x bathroom which can more than comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom with a queen bed and lovely views of front yard, the second bedroom with king bed is facing the back. Downstairs is also a full bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and laundry area with washing machine for guests use.
Upstairs is the spacious, open plan living area consisting of kitchen, dining and lounge room. The kitchen is fully self-contained with all the necessities you may require during your stay. The dining is spacious enough for 6 adults with room for more alongside at the breakfast bar. The lounge room provides a cosy couch to relax with a movie or a family board game. Upstairs there are also two more bedrooms, both with queen beds and gorgeous views across the balcony. The second bathroom upstairs consists of shower over the bath, toilet and vanity. Outside on the front deck is the place to enjoy an evening BBQ, a glass of wine and enjoy a balmy summer evening.
The back yard of the property is fully fenced and pet friendly if you would like to bring your fur child with you also with heaps of space also for the kids to play. There is a spa in the back yard but it is not for guest use and will remain locked sorry. At the front is a two car garage at the property but this area will be locked for the ownerās personal use. There is room for four cars to park on the driveway but please keep in mind the driveway is quite steep.

If you would like a meal out the Binningup Country Club is open for meals on Friday nights and the Binningup Beach CafƩ located at the Caravan Park does beautiful breakfast and lunches.

This idyllic property is located only 1.5 hours south of Perth and 30 minutes north of Bunbury making it the perfect location for your next beach getaway.
The space
CosteƱo Beach House is a 3x bedroom, 1x bathroom property that more than comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed, both other bedrooms have double beds. All beds come freshly made with all linen and bedding, you only need to bring your own bath and beach towels with you.
The newly renovated kitchen is fully self-contained with all modern appliances and everything else you may need to cook up feast during your stay. Even better if youāre here during our gorgeous summer months you can make the most of the outdoor patio and light up the BBQ and dine alfresco whilst watching the sun set. If it does get a little bit chilly you can also take advantage of the fire pit and roast some marshmallows.
The property is completely child and pet friendly. The back yard is fully fenced with plenty of room and grassed area to run around.
There is secure parking in the single carport for one vehicle or there is also a second driveway access into the back yard so there is plenty of room if you wish to boat along with you.

Myalup Treetops Hideaway is only a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house but also has a fold out couch in the lounge room and another in the sleepout so it can comfortably sleep 6 guests.
The house is set up with all the necessities you may require for your getaway including a fully self contained kitchen, dining, lounge with TV, DVD player and tile fire for the cooler months, laundry facilities and outdoor area with BBQ to sit and listen to the waves roll in on a still summers night.

There is plenty of space for parking out the front but also note the only access to the house is via the stairs out the front.
Myalup is a popular holiday destination because of its beautiful sandy beach for swimming, body boarding and excellent beach fishing. You can also access the beach by 4WD to the north of the swimming beach all the way up to Preston Beach.
If you prefer to have a swing of the clubs Harvey’s well known golf course is only a short drive away.
Ottery Park has a fantastic playground for the kids to burn off some energy, tennis and basketball courts and BBQ facilities for a relaxing picnic.
Myalup’s general store sells all the necessities such as some groceries, ice, bait, tyre air compressor and has the best takeaway food in town so remember to get your order in early.

You must notify management of expected arrival and departure times at booking and supply a contact mobile number.
Change of arrival or departure times is subject to prior arrangement and availability to allow us time to prepare the property for the next Guests.
- A Deposit or full payment is required to make a booking.
If you wish to cancel or change your booking more than 14 days prior to your arrival you will incur the Stayz 7% booking fee with the balance of money paid refunded.
If you wish to cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to arrival the money paid is NOT refundable.
- A Refundable Security Deposit is required with all bookings.
- Any damage, loss or expense incurred as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Examples include but are not limited to any breakage, damage, excess cleaning requirements or extra guests beyond those declared.
- Refundable Security Deposits will be refunded 48hrs after guests departure when property inspections are completed.
- If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Fire, storm damage etc.) management will inform you immediately and we will endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy. Failing to do so all money paid will be refunded.
- Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
- Linen and bedding
- If linen, pillows and blankets are supplied they must be left in bedrooms they were found in, on departure.
If Pets are allowed with prior approval there is a $10 pet fee per stay.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Pets are NOT allowed inside.
Any evidence of pets left on outside furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
Any damage caused by pets may incur extra fees.
You are responsible for damages breakages, theft and loss of property and any part of it during your stay. You MUST notify management of this immediately and we may recover from you repair or replacement costs.
Management takes no responsibility for any loss, injury, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.
Only Guests agreed in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests are found to being staying overnight it may result in termination and eviction without refund.
Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited (loud noise must stop at 10:30pm) and may result in termination and eviction without refund.
Before departure all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish must be put in appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and all crockery an cutlery washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the positions they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to management or as otherwise directed.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house, only outside and all evidence removed.
– In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform management at the earliest opportunity so management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/ service access to the property during reasonable hours.
Any complaint which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property.
Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish a claim you may have.

This hidden little gem sits secluded up in the peppy trees making it the ideal location for a very relaxing and peaceful beach getaway.
Binningup Beach Shack is also in a fantastic location here in Binningup as it is only a five minute walk to Binningup’s main swimming beach, boat ramp, pirate ship playground, fishing club, Binningup General Store and tennis courts.
Binningup Beach Shack is an A Frame home with 3x bedrooms and 2x bathrooms with enough space and beds to more than comfortably sleep 10 guests.
The downstairs area consists of a fully self-contained kitchen equipped with all the essentials you may require during your stay. There is room at the dining table to seat 6 people with room for another 5 people at the kitchen bench, or if you prefer you can enjoy a BBQ and dine alfresco. The spacious and comfy lounge has enough space to seat 6 people with a TV and DVD player. For some relaxation time why not grab a book and lay back in the sitting room or in the winter months cosy up by the tile fire with a glass of wine.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of storage space to tuck all your things away and access through to the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and double vanity then there is a separate toilet. If you are staying for a bit longer and require some washing done the laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer you are more than welcome to use.
Upstairs is a second lounge/sleeping area which has a couch, TV and DVD player, there is also a set of single bunk beds and another queen bed. There are two more bedrooms upstairs also, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The upstairs bathroom consists of shower, vanity and toilet.
Outside of the house is a very large grassed backyard, great for the kids and/or fur babies to run around in. The backyard is not fenced though so you will need to bring a lead with you to tie your dog up at night if he/she is coming on holiday with you.
There is ample space for parking even if you are bringing your boat with you.

West Coast Unwind is a modern, stylish, and comfortable two storey beach holiday home which overlooks the natural bush to beautiful Binningup Beach. So if you are looking for your next seaside holiday, this is the house for you.

Located on a quiet street only a stoneās throw from the ocean this property comprises of 4x bedrooms, 2x bathrooms which can more than comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests making it ideal for extended or large family gatherings.

When you venture to the upstairs loft you will find another two gorgeous sitting areas whether you need to retreat for a quiet coffee in the morning and watch the water awaken or curl up on the couch with a good book. Up here you will also find the front veranda where you will want to be with a glass of wine to watch the sun go do down on a beautiful day.
To the back of the house is a very large undercover patio with uninterrupted views of the backyard pool where you can comfortably watch the kids swim and fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco. The backyard is not fully fenced but has a large grassed area with plenty of space for the kids to play.

Binningup Getaway is a recently renovated two storey home only a 200m walk to Binningup’s popular surf beach or a 5 minute walk to the main swimming beach and pirate ship playground.
The house is a four bedroom house with enough beds to sleep 9 guests with the main bathroom downstairs and another toilet upstairs making the property ideal for one or two families.
The upstairs of the house is the main living area with a fully self-contained kitchen with all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you may need with all new and modern appliances. There are two dining areas whether you want a quiet intimate breaky or a larger table for a group/family dinner gathering. The lounge area is more than spacious and leads out onto the upstairs deck to enjoy your evening BBQ and watch the sunset.

The backyard is fully fenced and secure if you wish to bring your pooch with you with plenty of grassed area to run around on with the kids. The back veranda outdoor seating area is also the best place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun come up over the hills.
Binningup is a popular holiday destination, with the lively natural limestone reef that runs parallel to the main beach, providing a protected area for swimming, snorkelling, diving or beach fishing, it also provides safe access to its natural boat ramp for launching off on your next fishing adventure. There is also 4WD access to the south of the main beach or north of Westcoast Drive, a popular beach for surfing in the winter months.
Binningup General Store sells all the necessities such as groceries, fuel, alcohol, ice, fishing gear and bait, free use of an air compressor for inflating tyres, DVDās, magazines and takeaway food. The Binningup Cafe is located at the caravan park and offer a range of home style cooking, fresh barista coffees and are open from 8am Thursday through Monday with meals available on Saturday & Sunday nights.
